From June 15, 2026, our restaurant welcomes guests for lunch and dinner. The panoramic sea-view terrace provides the perfect setting for long summer lunches, an aperitivo at sunset, and memorable dinners beneath a sky full of stars. In the kitchen, you’ll find Chef Joelson: young, creative, and passionate about his craft. Following his experience at an Italian restaurant in Amsterdam, he combines classic Italian flavours with a contemporary approach. His Brazilian roots bring an extra dimension to his cooking, particularly his love of open-fire grilling. That is why our Green Egg is fired up regularly to prepare exceptional fish, meat, and seasonal dishes straight from the grill, adding a distinctive smoky touch to the menu and creating memorable dining experiences by the sea.
Our menu features fresh oysters, crudi, homemade pasta, freshly caught fish, and carefully selected meat dishes. Every plate is prepared with respect for Italian culinary traditions and a deep appreciation for seasonal ingredients, allowing the quality and flavours of each product to shine.
