As one of our guests \u2014 a chef himself \u2014 once perfectly said: like being in someone\u2019s garden.<\/em> Chef Endrii is the face of Belvedere Balzi Rossi \u2014 both in the kitchen and on the floor. Young, driven and always welcoming, with experience in several restaurants across Italy and a true love for his craft. <\/span><\/p>\n Balzi Rossi is an archaeological area, so you reach us on foot (about 10 minutes). But that\u2019s part of the experience: a beautiful walk along an ancient Roman path, with sea views all the way.
